I really like the candito one but I want to try something different.
Any suggestions?
Training 4 times per week with a good amount of benching would be preferable.
Here are my 1RMs if it matters
Squat: 175kg
Bench: 117kg
Deadlift: 210kg

Had my first meet today, plg. It went great (9/9!), but I had a hard time figuring out how to warm up properly. I didn't know how much time I had before my first attempt on squat/bench, so I ended up just doing a few singles at weights a bit below my openers while waiting. Is there a better way to approach this, or is that about all you can do?
