Overall fitness and health.
It is very obvious that I'm not getting huge nor I want to, but I want to better my life style in general, my eating habits, picking healthy foods over non-healthy ones. Make it habit to keep track of calories and macros. Improve cardiovascular performance and get a bit stronger.
I mean life is just complicated but these are a few of the things I'm improving or would like to improve in the near future.
