Tomm is my 3 year gym anniversary and I'm pretty proud of myself considering I was coming out of anorexia and depression. Felt it was too late to start since I was 31 but I was at the gym 5-6 days a week at the gym and just taking the usual supplements.

Currently slow bulking since it's winter but damn, feeling good.

OP's legs are not that overtrained compared to the rest of his body, however If you care mostly about aesthetics then you shouldn't be squatting past 2.5 plates. Otherwise you're just begging to have an asymmetrical body.

Thank you my friend, I'll be the first to admit there is much work left to be done.

Currently I hit the gym 5x a week and do a bro split (I know) where I combine the following together...

Chest + Triceps (2x a week)
Back + Biceps (2x a week)
Legs + Shoulders (1x a week)

For the workouts I do 2x a week I do one session heavy weights/6 reps and the other session light weight/12 reps. For shoulders and legs I just rotate the session each week since it's only once. Also I do one abs and obliques exercise each day.

I'm not posting any pictures because I'm ugly as sin. I stopped doing bodybuilding routines and did powerlifting ones.

So after about 6 months I went from benching 90 for 1RM to 185. No spotter because no friends.

Max squat right now is 290 and diddy about 300 lbs.

With the trap bar I think it's called my Diddy is 330 lbs ish

Yea pretty pathetic but I got shit genes and I'm a weak little baby.

Maybe in another 6 months I can bench 225.

You can insult me all you want fit I know I'm shit and a failure but lifting is my only hobby because I don't enjoy anything really and I'm afraid of big strong guys.

Believe it or not, this is all achieved with calisthenics and weighted pullups/dips and total of 2.5months in the gym. Master the pullup technique to isolate your back and then switch to weighted.
For chest idk, since my chest is pretty lacking, I did weighted dips/straight bar dips and variations of push ups
No roids, I just turned 18

Thanks. I felt really skinny. I had no shoulders no traps and no biceps. My workout didn't change much I just started eating everything in sight and I gained some nice mass.
