That's according to the nutrition section of Taco Bell's site, not my own estimate, though I have eaten Taco Bell all my life and the chalupas can be pretty damn filling if you eat 2-3 of em at a time.

i eat about 20 tacos a week no meme and i will tell you
1. that is about 450 kcal, not a lot of meat in there.
2. tacos are GOAT right behind chicken wraps. As long as you dont eat ground beef every fucking day you're good to go - make the tacos at home though

The shredded chicken mini quesadillas have great macros I eat two or three at a time minus the chipotle.

I get a 12 pack and a quesarito or two sometimes when I don't feel like going shopping. Decent but try not to make a habit out if it if you can- unless you don't give a fuck and you're just trying to get swole.
