I started lifting again about 7 months ago after a 3 year hiatus.

I've done several routine since I started lifting again. Just started doing a 4 day hypertrophy split.

What sort of stuff have you done?

I kinda want to cut just a smidge to take some cool end of the year pics but dunno if I have it in me...

Any input, rate, tips?

Don't go way overboard with the calorie surplus, eat clean, lift hard but make sure you get enough rest in between workouts. Rince and repeat.

I'd take the holidays to clean bulk, don't start cutting until February. Then you'll have an even better summer body to show off.

Something like 150lbs I haven't weight myself since I started lifting.

I'm 25, when I was 14 I got expelled from school and since then I've done essentially zero exercise, mostly just laid in bed and played video games (With writing as my work, so a desk job).

Approaching third month of lifting, with only a barbell and 110lbs of total weight available (No bench or racks or whatnot.), am I gonna make it Veeky Forums? Is poorfag aesthetic attainable?
