I'm 155lbs, 179cm. I haven't gained any weight since I started lifting, so I'm focusing on eating a proper surplus. Hard to do that, never been a big eater.

Here's how becoming fit has changed my life. I've hooked up with 3 girls, and regret hooking up with all three.

I'm in a relationship with this really great girl. I sorta fucked up, and on the second date, I finger blasted her, made her suck my dick, and almost fucked, but we couldn't because we we're in public parking lot in my car. I wanna wife this girl but I'm really worried I've fucked my chances, she's only had one bf for 6 months. We're going out again on Monday. She's upset about what happened, and I'm not feeling good about it either, never been in a relationship, and the media has fucked my perspective on everything. She likes my in a cute crushy way. I don't know what that means.

Which months were bulking and which were cutting? What are your lifts?

Bulking for all months, around a 200kcal surplus. But little to no weight change. Bulking harder now, eating 400-500kcal surplus.

My lifts are 1/2/2.5/4/ for reps.

I broke up with my GF of 7 years. At the moment I have two girls to fuck on the side, third on it's way.

Not sure, everything's stayed the same. I do eat a lot less on rest days. Also I don't eat more than 100g of protein a day.
Only do leg days once a week because I hate it.

Word of warning about nofap and my experience with it. After day 5, I couldn't get hard, I have no idea why, kept it up until day 14. Then forced myself to get hard and fap, took like 15 minutes. I've been on noporn for 4 months and loving it. Nofap just made my dick limp, it's fixed now.

It was hard at first. Of Course I loved her, but I wasn't happy at all, got depression and stuff. She cried a lot, but a month after that she already had a new one. She basically went from crying like a little girl to a happy person without any problems over night.

This was the moment I realised that women can't love after all, she just worried about her family plans (Marriage, childen and stuff)

This moment was also where I felt free, completly free, my depression was gone, I was able to work out like hell, my job felt good again and I was able to pull some hot chicks.

You've made great progress so far. It looks like you have little to no loose skin as well. Keep in mind that plateaus are a thing and if you really want to make progress you will preserver through.

I don't do cardio much but I can run about a 7 minute mile.

Depression is probably unrelated. Get help or figure it out. You can either try to keep your relationship through it or not. You're still young. Talk to your gf about your depression, she may be able to help.

Thank you user. I know I need to bulk I just am scared to eat more because of my fat fuck past. I've been on a strict cut since March. And I have a TDEE of 2400 cals a day but I usually consume ~2000. Could I get tips on how to bulk and still stay lean? Or is it nothing to worry about just eat more and I'll be fine?

Dont get me wrong you've got a great body, but whenever summer is for you, try to get shredded, you look like you got the bod that would look god-like with 8% bf. Amazing progress tho, mirin them shoulders

Yeah I can understand your fear of becoming fat again.

If you normally consume 2000 a day, just bump it up to 2200 a day.
The increase doesn't have to be massive, it just has to be consistent every day.

As long as you are lifting slightly heavier over a period of time, then eating more is absolutely justified.

Remember, even a small 200kcal increase is enough while bulking, just make sure you're lifting heavier at the gym as a result.

Looks like you've gained a great deal of both. I'd recommend maybe stepping back a bit on the caloric surplus. Not too much, just a lil' bit so you don't gain too much unnecessary fat

Only a little bit of loose skin thats only noticeable when I bend over, but it prevents a shredded core which kinda sucks. :/

I'm on a lean bulk, averaging about 3300cal per day right now. I cycle macros - so on lifting days I go high carb/low fat, and on rest days I go high fat/low carb.

I eat clean, unprocessed food 95% of the time. I track all my food on eatthismuch.com.

Protein sources include chicken, pork, tuna, eggs, milk, greek yoghurt and sometimes whey if I need to 'top up'.

Carbs are mainly oats, sweet potato, wholegrain pasta, fruits/honey (and of course veggies).

Fats are mainly coconut oil, nuts, avocados, olive oil and butter

It shouldn't take you 10 months to do a basic cut you fucking worthless manlet.

Yeah it sucks but i like the challenge. I'm 6'5 27yo and didn't really took the time to build muscle threw my teenage, and had a very poor lifestyle/diet for the past 5 years. In fact when i started 2 month ago i had 0 muscle. I had to go with no loads on the bench...The road will be extra long for me but i can do it.
