Thats a comparatively weak deadlift. You should be up to 3plates diddly with those lifts.

When I was 20 I went to the gym for like three months and got to 60kg deadlift bench and squat. Now I'm 22, only going back to the gym as of last week and I'm only benching 45kg. Very demoralising. I didn't even think 60kg was impressive when I could do it. How can I forgive my past self? Will I ever make it?
