I do! It helped me to lose weight rather quick. I get fat real easily, despite what I eat... But I started drinking cold water about 4 liters a day and I went from 98,7kg to 84,4kg in 5 - 6 weeks. I also stopped drinking anything but water, beer and milk and started cycling for fun and lifting a bit. But water has had HUGE influence it's a pretty neat trick.

Also COLD water is best (it's all good but cold is better) since your body has to do some effort maintaining it's temperature
