What is your favorite lift?

what is your favorite lift? and what is your current pr for that lift?

Power clean. 145 lbs because I'm a newbie lifter

Hammer curls
20lb dumbells for 10-12 reps
>not kidding

C&J

Lateral bench press

100kg

275lb deathlift for reps

Started with not being able to do 165 three months ago.

bench. 2 months, 130 lbs

Depends on the mood. If I'm going to the gym with the intention of lifting heavy shit then its deadlift(545 w straps) but i love the pump I get from lat pulldowns(like 180 or something)

Pull-ups. Used to be fat as a teenager and when I could finally do one I felt like I was gonna make it for the first time

OHP. There's something about them that feels really good. Manliest lift alongside deadlifts methinks.

135 for 5

Calve raises on the Smith machine.

5plate sets.

I like to think the heavy weight helps prep me for hitting that 3/4 plates, currently 2.5/3.5

Are you me?

RDL. 3x8x140kg, i dont do 1RM ever, obv

2nd fav is dumbbell row. i can pull 40kgx5 but with some jerking so i rarely do 40kg, more like 30-35kg for more than 5

Chin ups, can do 5 now
started a few months ago not being able to do one
so excited to start doing weighted once i get strong enough

Weighted chins 10kgx6
Not great I know but I used to not be able to do any.

King: DL - 160kg x3
Nr 2: OHP 40kg for reps

that shit is fun, profitable and I really lmao@normies who are afraid to do them and cuck themselves out of gains

Curling, can do 35 Dumbbells for like 8 reps in each arm for like 3 sets. Trying to get to those 50's.

Overhead press by far. Diddlys are OK too. 40 kg on OHP and 105 kgs on diddly because I'm a DYEL been lifting for about 3 months

The OHP was 5x5 and did 6 reps of 105 on the DL should have said

Tfw 145 Deadlift for 11 and 40 ohp for 8, wtf..

Why is ohp so hard to progress?

deadlift > ohp > c&j
200kg > 75kg > 85kg
favourites in that order

Didn't expect OHP to be so popular desu

OHP makes me look the swolest in the mirror.

Deadlifts at 170kg/375lbs although I slipped a disk in my back a while back so I'm trying to get this back up to 200/440.

Due to my back I'm actually enjoying squats more but I only do 120kg/265lbs for reps on that.

Deadlifts, 1 x 4 Plate is my latest PR.
The pump you feel in your legs, back and shoulders is unbelievable!

Bench. 70 x 3

Something about the way bench makes me feel in my head makes it more fun than any other excercise. I get a crazy endorphin boost from it.

It's a three-way tie between OHP, deads and kroc rows for me. Just hit 2/3/4/5 but squatting is a literal fucking nightmare and benching is just not something I'm really good at.

Kroc rowing 65kg for 30 reps is a beastly feeling

Deadlift. It's made me a beast on the ice.

OHP is the NHL of the popular compound lifts.

Why does no one like squats?
Hit 105kg last week

I hope that was your first week, or I have some bad news for you kiddo.

Weighted pull ups. Last workout was 27.5 kg 4x5. 5rm prolly about 32.5 kg.

I'm by myself here, bet bent over rows

got 120 pounds on it for 5 reps (yes I'm still a beginner), but it's my fav

I'm only 70kg, and I've been squatting for two months, my squat is perfectly fine.
