There are aspects of the face that cannot be changed.
But just like body posture makes a big difference, facial posture can help.
Look in the mirror, ask a friend, find how your face might look best in a certain position and just condition yourself to assume that position.

It cost me around $7500 AUD. I also received a chin liposuction for "free" because the implant itself didn't take that long to install and the anaesthetist fee was paid in one hour blocks.

I experienced no pain aside from a dull throbbing and didn't require my prescribed oxycodone, only used ibuprofen. Side effect was expected swelling for about a week and no solid food for about 2 days.

Only my immediate family are aware of me getting it. No one has mentioned/asked anything aside from commenting that I looked good and/or asking if I lost weight.

The implant I got is called the Flowers Mandibular Glove (medium--though wish I had got large). I had a very weak chin beforehand, now I look "normal", though I would rather have a slightly "over-masculine" chin if that makes any sense.
