What do? Bulk or cut?

This was me about a month ago at 80kg, I continued my workouts and had been eating at a calorie deficit, I'm now down to 74kg. I still pretty much look like this, do i cut or bulk? How do i get rid of this disgusting figure?

You have no muscle mass. Bulk on a slight surplus and make sure your diet and recovcery is good. What program have you been doing?

Do GSLP and add one or two accessories for each main lift.
ie, dumbbell bench and close grip bench for bench press
Lateral raises for OHP
Front squats for squats
RDL's for deadlifts
Hammer curls, preacher curls and tricep extensions.

I had been doing full body on smith machines, recently wrote up my own routine.

You're a moron and should do a routine that actually works.

My routine was based off someone else's and it contained mostly dumbell exercises for each muscle group, split into specialised days

I found a beginners workout that is highly rated, works full body

Just do this, it works. If you want you can add a load of dumbbell accesories too.

If you can lift the weight more than 13 times you are doing cardio. And as a beginner if you can't increase the weight 1-4 pounds every workout you are getting smaller.

Too little muscle to burn fat throughout the day. Your deal is that you must bulk up more muscle+fat for a year so you can use the muscle to stay lean the rest of your lifting career.

I recommend Arnies Golden Six because it turned me from basically your picture to Squat/Dead/Bench/OHP 150kg/160kg/70kg/45kg in 9 months and I finally look reasonable.

You can also bulk while losing bodyfat by simply keeping yourself at maintenance throughout, but it'll take a little longer.

Either way, start lifting properly.

I seriously doubt you weigh 80kg. You look exactly like ne, I'm 6,1“ and weigh 67 kg. Something doesnt add up.

this, as a 6"4 guy i fell for that meme and just ended up fat as fuck. (Probably because I was a retard at the time) but either way, it's better to be skinny than fat in any situation. at least you wont be discouraged everytime you see yourself in a mirror.

It means that you alternate. So on Day 1 if you do OHP, then you bench day 2, and OHP again Day 3, then on next week's day 1 you bench.

I cannot stress this enough, choose a program and do *exactly* what it says. I'm doing SL now after fucking around like you for years and I wish I'd done it soon. You'll make gains.

Oh I thought it means you do 5 OP, then 5 BP, then 5 OP again, etc. Already thought it was weird because you would be taking up two machines.
