started a diet on march and lost around 60 lbs by july (333 to 270), that's good but the problem is that i've literally stayed the same weight since then, i've been using the excuse "welp at least i'm not gaining weight so that's good right?"and cheating on my diet every 2 or 3 days.

Recently started a hard cut that will last a month (srry brehs got family and i can't really miss the holidays) that will hopefully get me to be 250 by January.

Yeah I had to buy new cloths recently because I looked like I was wearing sheets everything fit so poorly. The general health gains have been awesome. A lot more motivation to get out of bed and the morning and get going. I also used to feel like shit 24/7 always tired and foggy.

I'm too embarassed to go to the gym at the moment. I know it's the right thing to do, but I don't know shit. I look at these guides online and it seems easy, but my spaghetti is going to fall out of my pockets if I actually go in and look like a fool when I forget everything about form and what the different exercises are.

Currently at 329 lbs after four weeks. Doing IF 16/8, will probably switch to 20/4 now that I'm used to it. Wife has been supportive, which really helps.

5'3 and down to 200 lbs from once being over 350. I've been slacking a lot lately and psyching myself out, but I'm ready to get over it and work harder.

It's probably not that bad. You most likely consumed so many carbs and salty foods that it'll slowly fall back off as your body deals with it. People get so worked up over it that I think the best thing is to just continue eating right and don't look at the scale when the holiday hits.

dude i ate a shit ton of candy bars and brownies and gained 1.8 pounds by friday morning, down to wednesday weight today at 263.2. one day out of 356 can be quicly undone.

sooner you start some restistance training the better, but you also have to be safe with your form, which can be difficult like it was for me considering size of thighs, and stomach

down from 427 to 263.2 today. maintenance day, and then back to the grind. 1700 calories a day, with strong lifts 3 days a week, i finish off each workout with 50 pound dumbbell farmer walks

Just lifted and ate a bit less than 2k kcal / day, it wasn't that hard to be honest. Sure you'd feel hungry going to bed sometimes but it would be fine since you'd fall asleep from working out anyway.

I would estimate that my maintenance is about 2200 kcal- which is what I am currently eating while lifting

you wont actually know until you cut a lot more weight. Lots of guys just have really shitty fat distribution. If you cant even see your abs, way to early to know if its real gyno. Keep moving forward.

Everyone is different when it comes to fat, some guys get a chunky ass and thighs, some a gut, and guys like me get it on the hips and chest. Shit sucks but its our punishment for being fatties.

I do have a really weird distribution of bodyfat. My ass is fucking gigantic and I keep a lot of weight around my waist as well.

2200 maintenance, I'm eating between 1500 and 1800, usually closer to the upper limit. Only have a little left to lose, I'll clean bulk after that.

No matter what bone structure you have, you'll still look better at low bodyfat%, so keep it up.

Still a fat grill with 26-27 bmi, currently "acceptable" levels of fat. Tonight was the night I realised one of the factors of me becoming very obese, as I was on the receiving end of more male attention than I am used to.
