Overnight oats-

60g Oats, 20g dried fruits, nuts and seeds of your choice with cinnamon/vanilla/nutmeg/whatever the fuck you want, 150ml milk

Every morning I pull it out of the fridge, eat it, use a laundry scoop in my tub to scoop another 80g or so into the bowl, add milk and stick it back in the fridge for the next morning.

It's like cold porridge and it's fucking wonderful.

3 strips of turkey bacon in 2 cups of cottage cheese.
