Let's say each loaf is at least 50g of flour, so each loaf is 175 kcal. Let's say that is around 500 kcal of cheese calories. That makes a total of at least 2950 kcal, but remember that you are not burning protein, so we can call it a 2800 calories meal. No way that is fucking 4295 calories,
