anyone else got lower abdominal bloat?? how do i fix it? I do crunches and ab exercises but idk what to do guys please help.

You can spot reduced fat as well as train only certain portions of your abdominals my advice is that you get a bosu ball And go to town

yeah i had this too. i fixed it by doing a bunch of bentover rows, but unfortunately i would often shit my pants doing it.

you might have anterior pelvic tilt
do planks and stretch ya hip flexors
if youre skinny gain muscle on your upper body and itll be less noticable
