6 months progress, lost 40lbs, hitting the weights properly now to get some muscle on, have to do a lot of running so gains isn't easy.

No I do all the lifts, deadlifts, squats, ohp bench press etc just at a deficit. Guess I'll start bulking since fit told me to and i trust all you people cause everyone here is in great shape :)

I posted in a thread last night but I'm hoping to get more feedback here.

Pic on the left was when I was ~270lbs. Im down to 195lbs now (6'3). Am I good to stop cutting as hard? When I look at myself I still feel like I look pretty fat. Am I at the point where I should up the caloric intake and lift more/less focus on cardio?

been going to the gym for four years and i dont think ive ever seen a womyn make progress, no joke, the ones that were jacked still jacked and the ones who looked like shit still look the same to this day
its rare to see dudes getting progress and keeping it but at least it happens on occasion

She's standing closer to the mirror and has her arm down. There is hardly and progress there desu. There is some difference, it's just really not worth talking about. I thought it was just a skelly fag at first, didn't realize it was a girl either, so has nothing to do with some redpill bias.

Trying to get from skelly to fit.
Raised my calorie intake from 2,400 to 3,800 3 weeks ago, and I definitely feel bulkier. Trying to high 175lbs before march so I can cut.

GOMAD+abs daily routine

1 month death cut, fat at 0.5g per lb, protein at 1.5g lb, 20 grams of carbs preworkout ( I lift daily).

This cut completely changed my opinions on cutting and I highly recomend everyone just PSMF or high defecit cut, I got it all over with in a single month and feel so great now that its over.

Side note: watch for the binge and hormone/mood swings when you come off, you get used to cutting and I now see the benefit of the reverse diet (slow introduction of more foods into diet) for its mental benefits.

Going straight to bulking was a rough first week.
