Is it plausible that my Forward weight shift while squatting is partly due to heeled shoes? I never believed that heeled shoes can cause unwanted weight shift but my squat wont stop Feeling Like cancer and im getting desperate

Can confirm heels for bench as well. And i will probably keep using them for Front squats because they feel perfectly fine for it.

Two different times, gains both times, stopped from knee creakiness one time, did it heading up to a meet the other time. Worth doing if form is solid for all lifts, have to fucking brains to throttle it back when something starts to get cranky.

Also what people say about it being peaking or seeing gains disappear afterwards doesn't really seem to be true, not for me at least. I'll probably do it again at some point.

What are some good deadlift specific routines? Been sheikoing it up, and my deadlift is now only 5 kg ahead of my squat. (225/230kgs respectively)

Are you doing Sheiko intermediate or advanced? Cause advanced has 2 days of deadlift, and that makes a big difference at your level.

Done both, neither gave me much gains. Always have put a 4th day on either way, for back etc.

Have you tried customising the program? To include more deadlift volume, and focus only on partials that help your weak points and more focus on the full lift as well.

Yes lowbar. I only Train lowbar and Front squats. Apart from having a bit Trouble with the rack Position my Front squat feels fine and i will keep using my heeled shoes for it.

I'm doing sheiko intermediate medium load 1 and i squat 125kg for 8 reps, 140kg for one rep, 136kg for 3 reps, and 138kg for 2 reps. I bench 102kg for 1 rep. I deadlift 170kg for 1 bad rep and 165kg for 1 good rep.

I used to think the same things.

My mind changed when I trained early-intermediate lifters with it, including a woman, and all of them saw incredible results.

I still think other programs, like TM or Nuckols, are good. But now I see that Sheiko is a lot more accessible than we usually give it credit for. And when it comes to powerlifting, I don't see any other free program that comes close.
C6W is good, old dietmars seem fine, but nothing is as fine tuned, easily customisable, and accessible as Sheiko.

Anyone here have a good resource on getting online coaching? I've been floundering the past month or so, and I really want to get out of my head in terms of programming for myself and just go into the gym and lift whatever it is I have to lift.
