4 months of working out. Before i started lifting i lost 25lbs and ate clean.

Lift 7 days a week, finish every day with 15 min cardio (row or treadmill). Doing 3 split routine currently. On my "rest day" i do shit like abs/forearms and a longer cardio session of 30 minutes.

Bench: 70x5/85x1
Squat: 65x5/90x1
DL: N/A
OHP: Don't remember just started doing them

I work out at home with a machine and it has nothing for shoulders and barely anything for legs so I have tiny legs too.
I've tried cutting but I'm a fat fuck who can't stop eating.
Been on a massive stim binge for the past week or two and have slept only every couple days, as well as eating basically nothing since the Stims killed my appetite.

No full frontal since I have literally 0 definition on my chest and it's gapped as fuck.

Been lifting for 7 months now, was skinny fat, bulked from 180 > 210 lbs, cut to 198 lbs in photo. Still fat, barely any muscle. Still cutting, though I'm afraid what I will end up at.

Bench: 187
Ohp: 132
Squat: 240
Deadlift: 280 but not good form
