Yeah I just noticed that too. My pendlay row is at like 160lb-170lb for 5.Never did any type of rowing and was always fat so never did pull ups. But my bench is atrocious. Struggling to work over 1lmaopl8.

Estimated results from:
180kg deadlift for 8 reps (could probably do 12~15 reps, felt pretty light today, my best lift by far)
140kg squat for 12 reps
100kg Bench for 11 reps
OHP might be inflated, I do it seated behind the neck, and you guys usually do it standing.
5 chin ups with 40kg
the 5 rep maxes seem fine to me, at least it corresponds to my personal cutoffs for intermediate/proficient area.

I just became a blue man after 3 months of SL, however I stopped squatting and deadlifting around a month ago to let my left hip flexor recover, so I guess those lifts should be lower.

why spend so much time comparing yourselves to others? everyone has different body types and different motivations for different workouts. If I spent all my time comparing myself to other people I might be the total loser that I am, but if I did it now I would be depressed af. Bench from 160 --> 210
Squat from 200 --> 290 (Didnt try too much on squat in the beginning, gave a little more effort towards the end)

hes only got proficient on dips and rows because they're meme lifts. the website inflates them and nobody cares about them anyway. his other lifts are about where they should be at 3 months. maybe bench is a bit subpar

If you reward yourself with healthy food, you'll gain motivation to keep going. You've already gone far. You WILL make it!

OP here. I do a HLM routine now, but was on SS for 3 months. So, 4 months total.
