would like to know as well
the only one I do every now and then is roman twist with a dumbell.
Planks are awesome, add some weight faggot.
There are others but most are just as annoying.
My shoulders get exhausted long before my fucking obliques feel anything.
Wood chops and side bends
try some barbell flys
Side Crunches
Captains Chair, but raising your legs to your sides instead of out infront of you.
Then you need to train your shoulders
Are oblique exercises a meme?
How long should I be able to hold that side plank?
Planks are godlike you pleb
...
I don't know how much it hits them, but ab wheel with rolling left and right. It's the only ab exercise I like.
ab wheels are proven to be a meme
I like twisting knees to elbows (hanging leg raises), don't exactly know what to call them
that and you can do weighted planks not side planks. You'll still be firing your obliques pretty hard
Enlighten us pls
Life itself is a meme.
watch Scooby you fucking newfag, he talks about a study that says the memewheel is literally the worst ab exercise
He also says that nobody should squat.
>Unironically using the meme wheel
Deadlifts
Cmon Veeky Forums, wtf
>watch scooby
No thanks
I think directly working the obliques is only worth doing if you have wide hips and a 'dent' between your hips and lats. Otherwise deadlifts are fine.
This, heavy suitcase carries are much less annoying than most oblique work,
>wide hips and a 'dent' between your hips and lats
I hate having this.
Landmine 180s.
Cable twists. Keep hips parallel to movement.
do those with a reach-around (no homo)
That one is good you faggot. best way of working obliques, can you explain what is wrong with it?
My shoulders grind and pop when I do that.
I don't feel anything in my obliques
>obliques
>My shoulders grind and pop when I do that.
then you shouldn't worry about your obliques but more about your shoulder
WE

...
I have this too. What the fuck, it looks so weird.
Why god.
Seems like he loves the ab wheel to me
What are you user even talking about here? Your pic of hip dent gets my pic of righteous pets excavatum.
>A static isometric exercise is the best for building muscle
With your logic wall sits are superior to squats. For max effort, the movement in question should be parallel with the muscle fibers from start to finish.
Standing Cable wood chips for external obliques.
This is good bait, but bait all the same, scooby has repeatedly recommended the ab wheel
