Barbell rows are GOAT. Add lat pull downs and youre gtg

i recently started doing wide grip pull ups and theyre great, havent gotten such a great lat activation in any other back exercise.

When noones in the gym, I lie down flat on the latpulldown cable machine, and do inverted rows.

It feels exactly like bench press but reversed.

Wide grip has like half the ROM of close grip pulldowns

Your hands should be as close together as possible. It greatly increases the ROM and works the lats FULLY
