Fried off the veg and meat in vegetable shortening for those good fats (and ultra chewiness) , poured in egg and baked for 5 mins. Best way to mak an omelette.

I had 1 Tilapia with half a cup of red potatoes and green beans and half a cup of activated broccoli.

- Whisk 4 eggs in a cup with a pinch of salt and white pepper
- Throw on the pan, cook until bottom of omelette is not runny
- Flip over, put cheese and ham on one half, flip half to fold omelette, cook a few more mins on each side to melt the cheese
- Eat

My everyday dinner. It's a little chicken cooked in oven, a cup of rice and chopped vegetables with yogurt.

What can I eat as a poorfag? I eat a lot of cooked rice, hard boiled eggs, vegetables and my diet isn't all that diverse to tell you the truth. I avoid eating meat, but sometimes I eat some chicken.

Trust me id love to. Not worth the additional calories though just to have it in patty form. The salad I tend to eat in two sittings. I go through a costco bag of spinach once every 3 days and costco chicken thighs every 5 days

Spinach is a high fiber item. Eat alot of fiber in one sitting and it can cause diarrhea, gas and stomach cramps along with some other pussy shit.

I love hummus, I have it for lunch every day. I make a quesadilla-like thing with hummus, spinach, oil and vinegar, then eat that with my veggies. It's good.
