Some pork has similar macros. Mince is pretty cheap and good where I live.
Also fish. And cottage cheese, it has ridiculous macros if you want protein.

Change the way you cook it?
e.g. roast it with some sweet potato.
Soak it in soy sauce + crushed garlic + spices over night before adding it to a stir fry.
Even soak it in milk for a few hrs just to make it juicier and more tender.
Roast it and eat it cold with a small amount (or however much you want) of peanut butter.

Why do people roast sweet potatoes? You do realise people eat them because of their low glycemic index, right? A roasted sweet potato is even unhealthier than a roasted regular potato.

Look up the numbers. Roasted/baked sweet potatoes have higher GIs than most types of roasted/baked regular potato. It's only lower if you boil/steam it.
