Any tips for hitting rear delts? I've tried all the different exercises people recommend (rows, facepulls, flys, etc) but I have trouble hitting rear delts. Feels like my traps or lateral delts always take over.

My lower back is pressed forward I hurt myself doing deadlifts and squats with bad posture due to something called anterior pelvic tilt. Is this a major issue that can caused bad back pain can it be fixed?

Was doing some brosplit nonsense at pf, switched to ppl when I switched gyms, then modified it a bit after about 6 months. Now it's all about the big 3, and accessories as I have time/energy.
1x per week heavy, 1-2 lighter.
I also do low to moderate intensity cardio for about 25 min if I have time, or if I'm cutting.

Straps. I do mixed grip when trying for maxes.
