It's ok. Keep going.

>he fell for the no fap meme

ahahah, literally invented and spread by impotent virgins who think that watching porn and jerking off is bad for you
top kek

That's your body telling you you need to cum, bro.

The solution to fapping too much is not not fapping at all. It's just doing it less.

Only way to fix my ED is to cut the porn. and it worked.

lmaoo tf havin a wet dream is normal cuh
youtube.com/watch?v=--cgTW1ZEbI

wet dreams are a natural bodily function.

just means you had a bunch of dead semen that needed to be expelled.

only virgins fap to a thot

>no-fap
You dumb shit. You're actually causing damage to yourself this way. If it's been a problem for you then for fuck's sake limit yourself to once a day or less, but otherwise it's normal and natural and provides a 'pressure relief valve' so you don't fucking explode internally -- or make a complete fool of yourself in front of attractive girls. Stop being stupid.

That's why I stopped no-fap

Masturbated pretty much every day from the age of 14 to the age of 21, went on no fap and then after 2 weeks I was just jizzing my pajamas every 3-5 days while I slept, waking up covered in my own spooge

Have gone back to beating the meat although now it's only once every 3 days

Really? Can you give me more details user? I'm unironically interested.

I never tried No Fap but I don't think I've ever had a wet dream in my life. Is it because I started fapping on a daily basis when I was 12?

No-fap is a meme

Just don't jerk it before you workout idiots

really?

ok i feel less bad now

is this true or a meme?

Fuck off transphobic weeb.

Lol it's not semen it's probably prostate fluid [white cloudy bodily fluid that comes out with semen when you ejaculate].

I was a week in to a NoFap. Was dropping a deuce in the toilet and suddenly felt like peeing. The biggest load just plopped out my flacid cock. I was horrified so I looked it up. You blow loads constantly, your body is use to producing this ejaculatory fluid. When you quit cold turkey your body gets rid of the build up through wet dream or what happened to me. It means your plumbing works correctly so relax.

>ahahah, literally invented and spread by impotent virgins who think that watching porn and jerking off is bad for you top kek

Yup, Once you haven't released semen for like a week or more, you can start releasing it in weird ways.

Wet dreams specifically are why I won't do no-fap and fap on weekends. I didn't start masturbating until I was really old (like 23) and wet dreams are the worst. Sheets get wet and maybe mattress too, boxers get wet, have to stumble awake to clean up and change. Awful

But yeah like when you are pushing to take a shit (maybe prostate simulation?), during a stressful situation, you can cum while soft

false

jerking before lifting turns you into a test producing powerhouse

>I didn't start masturbating until I was really old (like 23)

i know, its true though

so should i fap once a week to solve this?

I'm someone who doesn't believe in that no-fap bullshit at all so that's my perspective here.

But the asinine concept behind no-fap is its supposed to be that you replace masturbating with wanting to find a girl and have sex with her. If you are going 3 weeks without masturbating and aren't releasing your semen in other ways (i.e. sex), your backed-up semen production has to release somehow. And if you aren't going to release it consciously (by masturbating or sex), it will release it subconsciously, when you are sleeping

Most people consider wet dreams a sign of progress, OP. Means you're less desensitized and all that.

Is the real issue porn and not just regular fapping? There's the whole issue of your porn preferences getting weirder over time or you struggle to even get it hard.

Usually just not fapping for a few days is enough for me to get it hard at the sight of an exposed ankle but with frequent fapping i need crazy shit like spitroasted traps or something.

you're upset you had a wet dream?
what?
that's like the only part of nofap that keeps me sane...

I had a wet dream on day 18 when I did nofap 6 months ago

but i was also on anti depressants so it felt like cheating

>But the asinine concept behind no-fap is its supposed to be that you replace masturbating with wanting to find a girl and have sex with her.

But that's not the concept, asshole. That's just a side perk that some people report being part of their experience.

The central concept is that constant porn use is probably an unhealthy habit, and that the easiest way to successfully quit it is to (temporarily) go cold-turkey on masturbating altogether.

At least understand it if you're going to be a dickhead about it.

>The central concept is that constant porn use is probably an unhealthy habit

no, that's no-porn, not no-fap you retard

no-fappers have many outrageous claims. that not masturbating makes you want to approach women more and will lead to more sex, increases testosterone levels, makes you lift more, makes you smarter, more asinine bullshit

It doesn't even make sense that to stop watching porn you just stop masturbating altogether. It's like quitting smoking by never going to the store.

It's a really extreme measure that can't help but sound stupid.

No-fap has been a technique for achieving no-porn from the very beginning. That is what the overwhelming majority of people who are into it understand it to be, and that is always what they've understood it to be.

That's why the main advocates for it who started the ball rolling on the entire thing named their website your brain on PORN, why all of their research revolves around porn's effect on the brain, and why all of the theories on why nofap somehow works for people revolve around possible brain-changes from getting rid of the constant stimulating barrage of porn that the average dude with internet access can get.

Again, feel free to call the claims people make "outrageous" all you want. But you're being dense and belligerently ignorant like a faggot if you don't at least understand what the claims actually are.

It's avoiding spending time getting yourself worked up sexually while, conveniently, sitting by yourself with nobody around to judge and your usual porn machine probably within arm's reach.

It's just the nature of sexual arousal that your longer-term thinking goes out the window at least a bit. It's not like avoiding the store to quit smoking. It's more like not trying to force yourself to go out to your usual smoking spot, pull a cig from a fresh pack, put it in your mouth, flick a lighter, and then stop yourself before you actually spark up and go back inside. Multiple times a day.

>fapped yesterday
>went out tonight
>beautiful girls everywhere
>sex drive is cut in half

Fucccck bro I knew I shouldn't have done it

it wasnt your sex drive cut it half. its that you knew you had no chance with them so you didnt bother trying and embarrassing yourself

>start no-fap to cure slight homosexuality and sissy porn addiction
>have first wet dream of life to fingering myself
>mfw

No fap lowers test levels.
Go fucking kill yourself

not that user but it is true, same shit happened with me, after 2 months got raging hard morning woods that i didnt have since 16 y.o.

as tool lyrics say - constant overstimulation numbs me, kek

or if you want actual science behind it - mdpi.com/2076-328X/6/3/17/htm

I think in like 10-20 years we will have enough data to say whats happening for sure, right now its still in the research

can't hide from your unconscious self, homo

Did you also stop masturbating or you just cut off porn?

stopped masturbating...you prolly could do it with just no porn, i dunno. If you stop everything you will get periods when you become almost asexual with really low libido. But it gets better and after some months your dick starts working better than ever.

psychologytoday.com/blog/women-who-stray/201307/your-brain-porn-its-not-addictive

problem is not fapping or porn itself. the problem is you are bored most of the time and you fill that time with masturbating, when you could do something else. masturbating out of boredom is not satisfying.

nice article that doesnt really mean anything, how about we start linking actual studies?

em-consulte.com/article/1074113
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24674621#
indiana.edu/~sexlab/files/pubs/JanssenBancroft.pdf
journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0102419
researchgate.net/publication/286882727_Online_sexual_activities_An_exploratory_study_of_problematic_and_non-problematic_usage_patterns_in_a_sample_of_men
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26251980
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25032736
jamanetwork.com/journals/jamapsychiatry/fullarticle/1874574

read an actual research on whats going on, its not just boredom, there is an increase in sexual dysfunction in males under 40 and we need to figure out why is it happening. High speed internet porn could be one of the reasons and there are new studies being made about it constantly.

22 year old here, never fapped in my life

I'm also doing this, and seeing good results (about 4 weeks in).
Have you ever gotten a wet dream after doing this? I literally never had one even as a teenager and it pisses me off.

Ejaculationless orgasm.

yup just once tho

em-consulte.com/article/1074113 - concludes it's a bad habit (not addiction, purely psychological)

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24674621# - about "unusual" and "awkward" masturbation practices (for exapmle lying on the bed with the stomach down und rubbing it on the matress, "awkward" should be further defined actually) and not about masturbation in general.

indiana.edu/~sexlab/files/pubs/JanssenBancroft.pdf - "These preliminary findings suggest that in striving to
understand "compulsive" sexual behavior, we should be expecting a range
of etiological mechanisms associated with different behavioral patterns" excessive masturbation is a result not a cause. this study actually contradicts to your statement.

journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0102419 - about sexual compulsive disorder (where excessive masturbation and porn-consumption are only two of the symptoms), so not about negative effects of porn or masturbating

researchgate.net/publication/286882727_Online_sexual_activities_An_exploratory_study_of_problematic_and_non-problematic_usage_patterns_in_a_sample_of_men - this study concludes that factors causing problematic involvement in online sexual activities should be further studied, not the activities themselves.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26251980 - of course adolescents perceive porn as stimulating, keep in mind those 9 percent are self-reportedly "addicted" and the fact that 10% reporting lower sexual interest, does not indicate a causality from porn to this.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25032736 - Hypersexuality is not Mastrubation "Addiction"

jamanetwork.com/journals/jamapsychiatry/fullarticle/1874574 - "Individuals with lower striatum volume may need more external stimulation to experience pleasure and might therefore experience pornography consumption as more rewarding, which may in turn lead to higher PHs." - porn is the result, not the cause

Nice strawman, 10/10

my only statement that I made was

> there is an increase in sexual dysfunction in males under 40 and we need to figure out why is it happening. High speed internet porn could be one of the reasons and there are new studies being made about it constantly.

I'm not say porn is the DEVIL, I didn't even say it's addicting, I just replied with studies that show that there is some correlation between online porn and rise of sexual dysfunctions in younger males. And of course correlation doesn't mean causation.
