Trying, doing APT stretches and foam-rolling + vacuums and ab strengthening. But even standing with as puffed out chest and straight back as I can it is still there.

Make sure you're also doing pullups and rows.

Doing chin-ups and seated cable rows mainly, or chest-supported t-bar row.

Try barbell rows, they're god tier.

Just feel like I always end up using too much body-english when I get to the last reps, but if I stop at perfect form I feel like my muscles aren't being hit hard enough.

Vacuums didn't do shit for me and as far as I know, they're for competitions and better flexing, not everyday life
