Chest:
> Bench 3x10 or failure, I raise the weight whenever I can do those without failing
> Incline Press 3x10
> inverted Rows 4x10
> Split Squats 3x10
> Hanging ab raises 3x15
> Tricep Curls 3x10
> Bicep Curls 3x10

Back:
> Pullups 4x12
> Deadlift 3x10/failure raising weight when I do that without failing
>OHP: 3x10
> hanging ab raises
> inverted rows on the rings

Legs:
> Squat 4x10 or to failure
> Hamstring Curls 3x10
> Calf raises

For cardio I bike 5 miles a day and I do a ballet and a gymnastics class once a week each.

Oh I forgot, I've been lifting for about six months now. As you can tell, progress has been pretty slow.

Has anyone here been doing any bodyweight routines? I've hit a brickwall when it comes to my squats, I made it as far a single leg. Does anyone have any tips for building up more leg strength?

It's really depressing but I'll keep going, now I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong, this is what I do
>GSLP, then 15 minutes cardio
>Walk about an hour everyday
>1100-1200 calorie intake

Should I change workouts? Maybe stick to cardio? Is there something I must be doing wrong?

The only thing that I'm thinking is that I have cheat days or times where I eat bread but I still eat under 1200, but I'm not sure if I can make it without cheat days.

Your lifts are quite good actually. For press either do the exercise first thing in that workout or drop that retarded rep range. Maybe do 2 sets heavy, low rep; and one lower weight, high reps.

First of all, stop doing a whole day of cheating your diet and do it for a single meal, maybe with a cheeky dessert. That way you arent risking losing a whole week or two of progress. Also im not sure if you know that women have higher bf% than men because of higher essential fat, 34% on women is bad but its not terrible. Just keep it up and reduce the cheating

The trainer I'm working with always said to do 10 reps, and she's huge. But maybe I'll bring it up to her? I usually fail before 10 on OHP anyway the last two sets. I started with just the bar and it feels like that's the slowest to go up.

jump squats:
jump with one leg land on two
jump up onto a box and step down

landing on both legs and stepping down are both important because a lot of jumping down is hard on tendons.

My Routine:
Squats 5x5
Lunges 5x5
Deadlifts 2x5
Pullups 3x5
Hip thrusts 2x8
A Benchpress/ B Shoulderpress 3x5

10 reps isnt really the best if you want to progress strength (just see the rep ranges for main lifts in any strength routine), and less so in a lift such as OHP that is a bitch to progress on. If your other lifts are progressing then keep doing what youre doing on those but your ohp definitely is stalled. If you want to keep doing 3x10 use the smallest possible weight increases, like 1lb plates or just putting a bunch of clips on the bar then next time add more clips until you can add a proper plate

As much as i can. For 5x5 and 3x5 I use ~75% of my 1RPM.
I try to increase it on a weekly base. 2.5 kg for lower body and 1.25 kg for upper.

I just didn't think that was relevant since lifting is like, a totally different training style than gymnastics. I've lost so much flexibility from it, it's a constant struggle to stay flexible while making gains.
