Also 3 plate squat/1 gf are both the hardest.

I did 285x6 with good form and I'm positive I could now get 315 1RM with good form.

Previously I had done 300 with bad depth but I've gone up 20 lbs on both volume and intensity days and just know I could nail 3pl8.

But I'm waiting until I get to 315 on intensity day. The first time 3pl8 is on my back I will be getting 3-5 reps.

62.5kg ohp, 90kg bench, 127.5kg squat and 140k deadlift. Can also do 20 pull ups and have gf. Been lifting since end of August.

Objectively, 2 plate bench is definitely the hardest.
However, because most noobs only do bench and curls, by the time they start getting good at squats, deads and ohp, their bench will be completely out of proportion

I only rep 205 on bench 225 is my 1rm.

I've seen some crazy gains recently on bench recently when I switched to a PPL routine. On PHUL I could hardly ever see gains. I went from prepping 155 to 205 in about 6 weeks on PPL. Part of that was form, but the gains have been good.

Bench: 2 plate
Squat:4.5 plate
Dead:3.5 plate

Working sets, haven't tried one rep max yet. My form for OHP and deadlift is solid. Bench and squat gets shake especially at later reps. Iv been doing pull ups on and off for years.
