Don't listen to these retards brah, I used to have those stats. Focus on just eating a lot for now. What happened for me anyway was I shot up in height and my body mass took a few years to "catch up" If you're older than 19 or so though you'll have to work a lot harder.

you can't lift weights, you can't even do calisthenics, and even running is too much to ask for.

In all seriousness pushups fuck my wrist up like no other and I have to bench with a wrist wrap on my right wrist for a while if I ignore it and let the pain get bad.

I had the same problem with my wrists when i started to do push ups but trust me the best for the pain to go away is to power through it
