my actual weight calculator formula is the following:
(axb) / 2 - c
where a is the number of plates, b is the weight of the plates and c is the weight of the bar.

and my current bench is
(4x20kg) /2 - 20kg = 20kg or 45lbs.
As you see I am far from my goal aka 100kg or 225lbs but I am working on it.

When I started a year ago my bench was -10kg. or -22lbs.
