Mornin lads

Tbh, if u dont eat Calve pindakaas u might aswell dont lift at all

Cutting here, is it a bad idea to buy peanut butter while cutting? I'm not obsessed with it or anything never was

This. Make sure it's the right one though (yellow lid)

but that has added oil

kys

I get fucking face acne from peanuts and all other nuts too, sucks to be me.

Peanuts aren't nuts.

but I still get the fucking acne from them. Walnuts are the worst tho

what's the difference, besides it having chunks of peanut? more kcal? more fats?

More protein (nuts), less butter

since there are some dutchies in here
where can i get powdered oats?
i had enough of grinding my oats to powder, takes too much time.

Buy Brinta

I can't eat them because if I do my back turns into acneland

I remember Brinta from when i was a kid. It's too raw. I need it powder-like because i put it in my shakes.

While we are at it. What's the difference between Brinta and Oats?

Brinta is just oatmeal flakes. I've never seen oats in powder form in the supermarket. The thinnest form of oats I know is just havermout.

Alright. I always thought Brinta and Oats were 2 different things.

They sell "havermeel" online but it's expensive. Looking for a supermarket that sells it but i guess they don't sell it.

Bless peanut butter.

Brinta and oats are different.

Oats = muesli (without the fruit etc)
Brinta = oat flakes

Alright I just looked it up. The cheapest way to make oat powder is to just grind the oats in either a kitchen machine or a coffee grinder

Yeah that's what i'm doing now with pic related.
But it's a pain in the ass, oats flying all around the kitchen and that thing gets so hot i can't even hold it in my hands after a minute of grinding.
Maybe i should ask santa claus for a nice advanced kitchen machine this year.

I'm going to buy some old fashioned coffee grinder. Should do the job.

could give that a try. theyre not so expensive either.
