does psmf even make sense to do if you have any muscle? it's for giant calorie reductions (it's not keto like some think, read the book) but the amount of food that you need to eat to get the protein that is recommended for a lifter is only like -1k maintenance calories when just eating high protein. idk where im going with this, maybe this doesnt fit here hmmm
