So how much carbs can I eat and still be in ketosis, roughly? Or is the general rule to just try and hit as few carbs as possible for weight loss whilst still having energy during the day?

200g currently, could get down to 90 but I'd be worried about not having enough energy early on in the day, since i usually have pasta and would replace it with something with half the carbs.

Here's the biggest problem with keto:

Vegtables are super helpful for me personally when cutting.

They are very low in calories and very filling. If I get any hunger pains I just stuff my face with a pound of vegtables.... and it's like 50 calories. And I'm not hungry anymore.

And vegtables are fucking 95% carbs. Doesn't fit in with keto at all.

So you're cut off from that cheat code for easy weight loss, vegtables.

The other problem is just lack of energy. I had a total lack of energy in the gym. I felt like dying 10 mins into my routine.

As soon as I stopped keto it went away. THE DAY I STOPPED.

It's super bullshit man. Makes it much more painful and tough to lose weight, which is the easiest shit in the world when you can just eat vegtables (!!!CARBS!!!!)

1. Truckload of vegetables (far too many for ketois to be an option)
2. Lean meat
