Went from skinny to ottermode by recomping for about a year. My goal for the next 6 months is to put on 7-8 kg and see where that takes me.

Binch: 225×1
Squat: 265×1(bad im aware)
Dips: +90lbs×5
Chin ups: +75lbs×6(this one is pretty recent actually)
It was in my college haha i stopped flexing as much because theres almost always someone else in the bathroom

7 year lifter, 6'3 now

tons of noob gains my first two years, I also grew like 2-3 inches too so the weight gain got kind of inflated

things stabilized after that but I made consistent strength and muscle gains

it's all about consistency and getting in your protein

last pic I'm not as lean as I could be, I like to get drunk on the weekends and kind of eat like shit, 220 lbs. now, as long as I can see some abs I don't really care about being perfect per se

hope this sheds some insight

also stats:

BB Bench Press: ~395 lbs. (going for 405 soon), my first time on a bench I could barely do 60 for reps
Seated OHP: 225 lbs. for 8-9 reps (I don't max on this shit)
Squat: 425 lbs., I hurt my back after getting too aggressive with bad form and it never fully recovered so I can't push this much

No its not to late especially at 18 you are still very young. Unless you are 60 years old there are no excuses.

I used to spend my life in front of the computer doing jackshit, at 24 I started counting my calories and eventually joined muay Thai (until I couldn't afford it) and now I train at home. Never too late to start but boy do I wish I started at 18.
