Cold shower

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Once I hit the rhythm it was a weird thought that I'd be doing it for the rest of my life, but it works I guess. Weekend R&R and the gf are really the only reason to live at this point.

I typically eat lunch on campus and end up walking ~5.5 miles a day before coming home in the evening.

Hit the gym for 1.5-2.5 hours.

When I worked over the summer everything was pushed back to an hour and a half earlier.

I just do cardio whenever the fuck I feel like it for an hour every other day. I lift every (not cardio) day upper/lower bod.

Then I drink a ton, masturbate to anime and do math.

I don't have any gyms near by, but I'm planning to move soon, so I can't make it just yet. But in the meanwhile I've just been doing body weight exercises to try lose weight, or fat at least.
