Alright, guess the replies stopped, so here's the point: those photos were taken 2 weeks ago when I was 225. Visual estimates, calipers, bf% formulas all put me at low 20%.
Had a dexa scan today. 6lbs lighter than those photos and my bf% turned out to be 32.7 and I only have 147lbs lean mass.
Don't plan your way according to estimates. This reality check hit me hard today, motivation is lowest of low now.

Dude, it's obvious that you've been dieting hard and you have NO MUSCLE. Most of us were being beyond generous with our estimations to keep your motivation high.
Find your TDEE Eat at a 20% deficite Do basic calisthenics(pushups situps squats chinups etc and jogging.
That's all it takes. That's litterally all you had to do. That's all you have to do NOW.
And if you're carrying a lot of water then the dexa scan could be off by a lot.
