Wat do

If you have enough experience counting calories, you should be able to look at any food and have a pretty good idea if it is high calories or low calories. It takes longer but you can adjust over time based on changes in your weight.

What is your current goal? Are you trying to gain weight or lose weight?

Learn your JAVs, pleb.

I was in the same situation last semester.

> eat cafeteria food, good stuff only
> take extra protons to eat along cafeteria food
> profit

Both cheap and still reasonably within my diet...

cafeteria at my last workplace pretended to be healthy and counted calories and macros for the main courses.
of course, those values were dubious at best

what kinds of food are at the cafeteria?

>too much money saved to not eat there

All these hot bitches and not a single thick HUMAN sized dick to fuck them. You have to be a 300 pound otakukun with a micro dick to enjoy this shit.

1. Download MyFitnessPal

3. Read the fucking sticky

5. PROFIT

1. Always eat the same thing at the caf
2. Keep an eye on your weight every day
3. Adjust your food intake up or down based on your goals

not even close my nig

It's a little hard to put in an amount like "2 chicken breasts" or "1 scoop of potatoes" in MFP. All of your amounts become eyeballing and guesstimates because unless you bring a scale to work with you there is no way to get an accurate amount of food served to you, let alone what they put in it.

I'm in a similar situation as OP as I work in an actual cafeteria and it's hard to turn away free meals. Personally what I did was ask for recipes to the food I want to eat in advance and then calculated the portion size for it. Also I took measuring cups and figured out servings for the containers I'm eating out of.
Example: 1 ladle = 2 tablespoons
1 bowl will hold 2 cups of cereal, 1 bowl of cereal will hold 1 cup of milk etc

Despite all of that preparation and work, most of my MFP inputs are still guesstimates based on searching in the app

Switch to bulk mode my friend

baka

OP here this is most tempting desu

Man fuck you. I used to work in a restaurant and we were allowed to eat whatever we could cook. My dumbass missed the golden bulk opportunity and now I gotta buy all this food to fuel my gains. That being said, you can still count your calories just make sure to track your weight too which I'm sure you're already doing.

Abs are a meme. Women are so dumb that if you don't got a gut, you have abs. Become a swole motherfucker stop cutting m8
