1. Stay away from cardio until you get decent gains.
2.Eat a lot of protein, carbs, and in your case fats too (just not enough to actually make you fat). Also eat a lot of spinach
3. Work each body part twice a week, with 2-3 days rest in between each muscle group (my plan is chest/tri's day 1, back/bi's day 2, shoulders day 3, legs day 4, chest/tri's day 5, back/bi's day 6, shoulders day 7, repeat)
4. When you do sets, progress in weight each set. Pick a weight range that you stay within the 4-10 rep range to failure. For example, your first set of an exercise is gonna be the lightest so if you start off with a weight that you can do more than 10 reps to failure it is too light. Likewise, if you can't do at least 4 reps on you last set it is too heavy.
rcises, 4 sets per exercise with only a minute rest in between sets.
This should make anyone gain muscle. And don't let yourself get hungry.
