What's your back routine?
Here's mine:
Pullovers 4×15-20
Barbell rows 2 sets warmup, 1 8rep max set (about 110kg)
Weighted pullups +30kg 4×6
Tbar rows (lightweight) 3×15-20 - it really burns my lower lats
