Bench routine

TM is not helping increasing my bench. What are some good bench press specific powerlifting routines I can do to? Preferable something I can do along with my TM routine, once I'm still improving on the other lifts.

start a deload phase, proceed with other lifts as normal

Run Smolov Jr for your bench. I've done many programs and run it along side while trying to catch my bench up to a good spot compared to my other lifts

run a sheiko rountine w/ 50 lbs of chains and bar weight of whatever the program calls for when you put in your true 1rm

run greg nuckols 3x bench programs, or maybe sheiko, or maybe literally anything but TM or a rippetoe program

even lyle mcdonald's upper lower will lead to better strength gains on bench than TM, and it's not even a strength routine
