5 years. routine? i just do what i feel like doing, and doing all the groups in 10 day interval. usually pair chest with shoulders, back with traps, quads with calves and deadlift separately. noticed ive been getting stronger after i take about 3 weeks off, but also, fat builds up in that time. atm im cutting, keeping the strength from when i was 105. natty. going slow at the cut.

If you're stalling really hard one thing you can do is drop the weight and add reps. Then, as the weight is climbing lower the reps until you're back at your usual rep/set scheme and try to progress past your sticking point like that.

Use a calculator to get an estimate. Do 2-3 sets of warm up, 1-2 reps each. Get a spot for the ones you can't bail out easily. Do the estimate. Easy? Add 5 or 10 lbs, depending how easy it was for you
