when i started gym all i did was curl mostly so probably biceps although i dont know for sure because i didnt use symetric stregnth when i started

Been lifting about twice a week since January, started with a bunch of cardio, but I've dropped 30 pounds total, at 255 now and still fat, but I can see my delts, tricepts and traps look far far better than a year ago. Currently all novice except pecs, delts and triceps.

Yeah, I only started doing them late summer when I switched from SS to SL 5x5. I only manage to get to the gym like Thursday - Friday - Saturday, which I do Main Lifts - Assistance - Main Lifts. Once I get more money after the holidays, I'll be able to get out more often. Fucking winter is killing my gains.
