Come to think of it, yeah. I no longer consider myself depressed. Stuck to my workout routine for most of the year. Dropped 50lbs. Feel much more positive. Loosening up and being more easy going/less anxious. Learning how to play with my kid nieces and nephew has helped make me more playful and sociable.

Next year I really want to focus on getting a better job, maybe going back to school. I'd like to take up boxing if possible, too.
