But anyway tell her if she's lifting and eating a small excess it wont go to fat anyway, it has to go on muscle repair. Lifting at a deficit for a long time will eventually exhaust the body and she'll lose any shape she has.

So, losing body fat, together with more androgens circulating, will have a great impact on the size.
