I kinda know that feel OP except my strongest lifts were OHP & Deadlift
I always struggled with bench and squats

I found for me, my bench press got insanely stronger from upping the frequency and dropping the reps at a higher weight, but ocusing on progressing every single week without nissing a set. So instead of doing say 3 sets of 10 or a 5 by 5. I primarily do 10 sets of 3 since it is the same volume of 30 reps. But at a way heavier weight. Everybody is different.

Squats I just bought a pair of squat shoes, switched to primarily squatting lower and squatting high bar. Then switching to either high or low bar and squatting singles for singles or extra heavy days in general. I also added in weighted sprints either pushing a prowler stacked with weights or pulling a sled with weights stscjed on it.

Could we all agree not to include pendlay row as most people do them with cheat form and you get way too much percentage for it

i don't care about being a pro squatter, and don't have chicken legs, so I'm fine with it.
Besides, there are other ways to train legs that are less cumbersome than squats :)
