Ive been wearing glasses for 7 years and i just got a prescription for contacts. Ive been wearing them for a week and it has been a huge confidence boost. Hopefully this added confidence leads to sole gym/life prs for the new year.

Chest/back:
I'd like to be able to do a set of 10 pullups again with wide grip and perfect form.

Legs:
I desperately need to get on my deadlift, it's just at 1 plate.

OHP:
I want to be able to do a walking handstand and upsidedown pushups within the next 5 months. I can already do a handstand pushup but I need a wall for balance.

Cardio:
I'm 170, but I should be 160 and be able to run (not jog) for a solid 5 mintues.

Remember to take them out every night.
