Do starting strength and walk everyday. Use the bands to get chin-up volume instead of negatives. Don't power clean until you can deadlift your bodyweight.

You have $3770 left. That's $628 a month for food, or $21 a day on top of your normal food budget. Buy expensive healthy food that tastes good.

Drop sodas, candies, cookies, and any other food that is sugar without much value.

You get 3 million dollars. 100k on starting every year, and 2700k on completion. The goal is to be 8% bf or less at the end while weighing 3x your height in inches in pounds, so 80 inches - 240lbs. And you must do this in three years.

What're your yearly goals? How do you achieve this feat?

Gotta have at least 4 pl8 worth of weight. If you have a home gym and aren't scared of failing over and over in front of others, you should be up to that weight for deadlifts in a year. Honestly, I think fear of failing on shit like bench and squats really holds me back.

I cut till I'm 170, start bulking clean and lifting like a motherfucker. Cut whenever I need it and don't touch a drop of alcohol or smoke at all. Live on 50grand a year and use the rest for school. Even if I failed, I just got paid 300k to get into the best shape of my life and a good education 5'11 btw, so 213 at 8%

Not sure if I could do it, but I'd take that challenge any day.

this is pretty difficult. franco colombu was a genetic monster and barely touched 3x his bodyweight, and wasn't at 8 bf%. it'd probably be difficult but just possible.

OP is fat. He doesn't need 4 plate worth of weight. Heck, he might have to start with air squats if he really is fat.

If OP really gets to a 300 lb deadlift, he can afford to buy two more plates and some change to get to 405

Well, if the challenge is to have your bodyweight be at least 3x your height in inches and he's talking about weighing 216, he's 72 inches or less.

Which isn't exactly short, but that's still quite a bit of body mass for a shredded guy to carry. A lot of pro Physique guys are around that size.

You hook the band over your pullup bar and put your feet in the loop. The band takes weight off (the more stretched it is, the more it's taking) and that allows you to build up your workload over time. Not really any different to using lat pulldowns or negatives to build your pullups.

Spend it on hookers except a few dollars for a bottle of bleach to kill myself after i failed to be fit once again

alb is weaker than clen, ofcourse it has less sides too. But the main use of both is for burning fat
