Keep the OHP. You need to be healthy and have a well developed shoulder girdle before dreaming of a big bench.

Do SS again. Eat right. Recover. And instead of fucking with the program, just add some light DB or BW work after the main upper movement if you really want to. Ex: bench 3x5, then OHP dumbbells or light barbell at 50-55% for 3-4x8-10.

Light cardio on off days. Plenty of calories. Sleep. Be consistent.

They recover quick, and training them doesn't take long. But don't isolate them only. Stress them with weighted chins. More bang for your buck. Then isolate them.

I'm pretty happy with how I've progressed this year tbqh. Went from barely being able to rep a 155lb deadlift for 5 to a 4pl8 1RM. I'm miles stronger than I used to be.

Can you elaborate as to the cutoff for what is a respectable healthy adult male's total who has been training for 10-11 months and started out lifting only 145/115/155 for reps sometime in late January/early February?
