Hahahahahahahaha

His back and legs are actually pretty damn big.

Bad case of T-Rex syndrome + he can't stick to a diet.

And he clearly has some form of Autism.

Average, non-training male in his early 30's should lift 50kg (about 130 lbs) while on flat bench (sorry no englando).

>male
>early 30's
>130lbs

I think you meant female, otherwise that's just laughably pathetic. If that is average for a non-lifting male... then either your ideals are jacked... or the average man is a 12 year old weakling.

Can't tell if srs or trolling.

fatty calves

it is laughably pathetic to someone who lifts. but its reality. i would say every single friend of mine who doesn't lift would not be able to bench 135.

they're all skinny fat, dad bods.

> flat bench
> strength
more like who's the bigger manlet with shorter arms.

The average untrained female would barely be able to press the bar.

Absolutely not, untrained women would barely be able to lift a 20kg bar. I've been lifting for 1.5 years now and I can just about bench 50kg.

My dad has massive calves like those from climbing up and down telephone poles with tool belts

> I've been lifting for 1.5 years now and I can just about bench 50kg.

That's pathetic unless you're a grill.

50kg is 110lbs. 2.2lbs per kg.

Are you a woman? Because that would be really bad progression for a male.
