Muay Thai. Any punching exercise will work the serratus like a bitch. If you don't have access to a bag, rope climbing (keep your torso straight and stable) and plank ups will do the trick.

I mean it, just take a sharp knife and slowly cut it off level with the skin. I watched a friend do it in high school, his first time girlfriend broke up with him over that, almost ready to lose his virginity, then she saw that and it was over.
I periodize, so ~6-8 weeks linear hypertrophy with ~20 sets per ms group per 1.5 weeks (~10 during the individual sessions) at varying intensities, the highest being 85% 1RM followed by lifts at lower intensity for higher reps
followed by ~6 weeks of weekly undulating where I switch between hypertrophy and strength
